Social Worker- CP - "Outstanding Ofsted" -Up to �46,406
NonStop Care is currently working with an "Outstanding Ofsted" local authority on the Outskirts of West London who are looking for an experienced social worker to their Family Safeguarding team.
They offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction
In this role you will be joining a local authority with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, meaning that you will be joining a successful team with good practices, enhancing your skills which will help lead to further career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
To identify the needs of children and promote intervention and safeguarding
To work alongside other professionals and Adult Workers as part of a multi-disciplinary team
To manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, Care Proceedings and Children Looked After
To take part in the team duty system responding to concerns as and when they arise
