Supervising Social Worker
Location- North East, Darlington and surrounding areas
Salary £34,00 pro rota
Hours- Part time 3 days a week
We're seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a small but perfectly formed team.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring that children in foster care receive the highest quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and training foster carers
- Conducting assessments and home visits
- Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers
- Participating in foster care reviews
- Working collaboratively with other professionals
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Experience in foster care is preferable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and access to a car
