Social Worker - LAC - Good Ofsted
NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Looked After Children team.
You will be joining a local authority with a Good Ofsted rating, meaning that you will be joining a successful team with good practices, enhancing your skills which will help lead to further career opportunities.

Responsibilities:
To work closely with the children in your care to evaluate the needs of the children and the best methods to implement changes, so that they can be kept safe and reach their full potential in all areas.
You will have experience analysing and completing assessments and writing children's plans to a high standard with an emphasis on showing the voice of the children, young people, and families to ensure that the best outcomes can be achieved.
