👶 The Role - Children's Social Worker

As a Children's Social Worker, you will:
🔹 Manage a diverse caseload, including children looked after & children in care
🔹 Undertake direct work with children (sometimes out of area) & complete high-quality assessments 📝
🔹 Make complex safeguarding decisions, identifying levels of risk and ensuring the safety & welfare of children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
