Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and completion of the ASYE year.
• Experience in Children's Services, including child protection and safeguarding.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory guidance related to children with disabilities.
• A creative and solution-focused approach to delivering services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals, families, and multi-agency teams.

About the Role

As a Social Worker in our Disabled Children Service, you will:
🔹 Deliver a high-quality and responsive social work service, assessing the needs of disabled children.
🔹 Develop creative and innovative support plans tailored to each child and family.
🔹 Work closely with our Preparing for Adulthood Service to ensure smooth transitions.
🔹 Collaborate with voluntary and statutory agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
🔹 Champion best practices in safeguarding and child protection while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance.
