In this role you will:
Architect Software Solutions: Author the comprehensive software architecture and work with software delivery teams to define and monitor the Structural and Temporal Architecture, including all internal and external interfaces of the product, ensuring that it meets all required specifications.
Drive Design Excellence: Identify, document, and manage the design drivers for the software solution, such as real-time performance, safety, security, user experience, simplicity, reusability, and flexibility.
Develop Requirements: Produce derived and emergent requirements that capture all assumptions and rationales, ensuring the architecture's integrity remains intact regardless of implementation decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other Architects, Technical Experts, and broader engineering teams to support design activities and reviews, influencing the software engineering landscape within the organisation.
Shape Technological Strategy: Participate in special interest groups and communities of interest to influence the SE Technology Strategy, Software Product Lines, and the adoption of new technologies and methods, considering long-term architectural strategies.
