A next-generation and scientifically led video-tech team in London have opened up and opportunity for an experienced Software Development Manager with C++ or Rust expertise to lead a team of exceptionally talented developers.

You will have the opportunity to shape the developmental trajectory of the business by overseeing the development of engineers, providing technical direction as well as architectural input and software development.

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced C++ or Rust Engineer with proven leadership experience to join a world-class team at a critical phase of growth.

About you:

• Strong C++ or Rust experience


• Strong Linux knowledge


• Extensive experience across entire software development life cycle (SDLC)


• Agile experience


• 2+ years' management experience

Bonus if you have:

• Worked in a related industry


• Worked in low-level GPU environments


• An understanding of system architecture


• An understanding of video compression


• An understanding of networking concepts
