Venn GroupSoftware Engineer DV UKIC Clearance Onsite – Southwest £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits
Venn Group are supporting a client with recruiting multiple Software Engineers to join them on a permanent basis (contractors will also be considered for this position – Inside IR35)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full software lifecycle from requirements through to deployment and maintenance
Make and collaborate on technological and architectural designs for assigned products
Establish and evolve development tools and processes to improve quality and efficiently
Ensure high-quality delivery of product components and systems that meet agreed time, scope and technical leads
Upskilling and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development and provide coaching/training
Attend stakeholder meetings ensuring to provide updates to stay on track of project goals and timelines
Engage with customers, including security and policy teams to manage risks through the development lifecycle
Experience & Skills Required:
Extensive experience in one or more of the following – Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Python or ReactJS
Hands-on experience with Cypress/Cucumber or similar tools
Ability to build, configure and secure cloud environments effectively with AWS or Azure
