Expertise building in core components of Power Platform especially Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.§Understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and PowerFx.§Strong skills in data modeling, database design, and data integration. Proficiency in handling data sources like SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.§Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (like Azure, Office 365) and third-party applications via APIs.§Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing Power Apps.§Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services is a plus.§Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front(RM/sales) and back (operations, risk) office teams§Experience of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities§Self-starter individual who can lead workshops to MD-level,§Experience of full software development lifecycle (requirements, delivery, testing, release)§Experience with successful delivery of large change programs in customer-facing businesses§Leadership skills to structure, mentor and maintain a high performing team§Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior technical and business leaders§Strong problem-solving/analytical skills to contribute to platform challenges§Experience with Agile scrum / Kanban methodology – ideally certified as a scrum master
