Job Description:We are looking for skilled Analyst/Consultant level Developers with ServiceNow expertise to provide Level 2/3 support and System Administration. This role involves maintaining and optimizing our ServiceNow platform, troubleshooting issues, and participating in a 24 x 7 on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain ServiceNow platformPerform upgrades and customizationsProvide advanced technical supportTroubleshoot and resolve issuesParticipate in a 24 x 7 on-call rotationAdvise on best practices and optimizationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldExperience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator24 x 7 support experienceProficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbout Us:Collabera Digital is a Leading Digital Solutions company providing Software Engineering Solutions to the world’s most tech-forward organizations.
