Software Engineering Manager

Your contributions will be highly valued, with opportunities to collaborate with some of the world's best engineers and translate the organisation's vision into a tangible roadmap.Responsibilities:Build and scale a large engineering team.Lead a connectivity team, monitor data collection, proactively address issues, and coach the team to develop automated fixes for recurring issues.Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to create a tangible roadmap.Break down complex projects into manageable tasks, iterating on design and implementation.Navigate between big-picture strategy and detailed execution, enabling the team to deliver complex, strategic projects within tight deadlines.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Software Engineering.2+ years of engineering management experience.Strong Python experience, particularly in data processing pipelines.Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.Experience with REST API services.Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes.Execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and leadership.Nice to have: Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
