Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and uphold our high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior developers to achieve peak performance.Project Management: Collaborate with the PM to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads effectively.Delivery Oversight: Ensure all engineering work is delivered on time and meets customer expectations and quality standards.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders, including PMs and executives.Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.Process Improvement: Continuously refine engineering processes and practices to enhance efficiency and product quality.About YouOur client is looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager with a proven track record in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.Qualifications and Skills:Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development with experience in leading engineering teams.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and mentoring senior developers.Project Management: Strong skills in project management and the ability to work closely with PMs to ensure project success.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and organizational challenges.Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement preventive measures.What's in it for YouJoining this client means being part of an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
