We're looking for a seasoned Software Product Manager to enhance customer engagement and oversee project execution for cutting-edge software products. Your role will involve comprehending customer needs, converting them into technical specs, and working with internal teams to provide innovative software solutions. Strong communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and project management capabilities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, customers, and other stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for software and hardware-integrated products.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, including requirements specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies by organizing and managing sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as required.
  • Work closely with hardware and software teams to understand integration requirements and constraints.
  • Lead internal digital transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies and drive innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for integration and explore innovative hardware products to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards relevant to both software and hardware solutions.
  • Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with exposure to AI-driven software products and hardware integration.
  • Strong expertise in product documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and processes related to software and hardware product development.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
