We are looking for a Software Support Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in our software. You will investigate bugs, functionality problems, and data discrepancies, working with our development team and clients to ensure smooth operations of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot : Investigate and resolve bugs, functionality issues, and data discrepancies in the software.
Collaboration : Work with development and client teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
Documentation : Record and document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Client Support : Provide technical support to clients, guiding them through system issues and ensuring high satisfaction.
Testing : Assist with software testing and validation to ensure software updates are applied correctly.
Key Requirements:
Eligibility : Must be eligible to work full-time in the region or have a valid work permit.
Education : Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills : Basic experience with C# programming.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database systems.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues.
Communication : Clear communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Desirable:
Advanced Skills : Experience with debugging or testing frameworks is a plus. Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and quality in work.
