As a Software�Support Engineerfor our rapidly growing software client, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to external�clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our clients products and services.



Key skills and qualifactions required for this�Software Support Technician role:




  • Working in a service desk or support role

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Certifications of or willingness to undertake�training and qualifications on the job: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
