Soldering Operative

Our growing electronics manufacturing client in Swanwick are looking for a Soldering Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and grow in the exciting field of electronics manufacturing within a well established Electronics firm.

The role will entail soldering electrical components as per requirements. A soldering candidate with an IPC Qualification would be preferred however someone with a larger amount of soldering experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with PCB assembly and have good dexterity skills.�

Duties:

- Soldering PCBs & Components

- Electrical Assembly

- Working to Engineering Drawings�

- Completing tasks within a timely manner

Requirements:

- IPC Soldering Qualification Desired but not essential

- Good Dexterity Skills

- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

- Eager Learner

- Interest in Electronics and Manufacturing

- Previous Experience within an Electrical or Manufacturing Environment Desired

Offer:�

- Monday to Friday

- Day Shifts - Hours can be flexible. Start times can vary from 7am-8:30am

- 8hr Days Mon to Thurs and 5.5hr days on Friday - 30 min lunch break deducted�

- �12.60ph depending on experience�
