Solicitor - Crime (NQ - 5 years PQE)

Accuflex currently has an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE)with experience in general crime, white collar crime, extradition, and regulatory matters to work for our client, a tier 1 city law firm. This role offers a unique chance to work on high-profile criminal matters. Key Responsibilities: Business and Financial Crime : Provide legal advice and support on a range of business and financial crime issues. Serious Fraud : Handle cases involving serious fraud and corporate crime. Bribery and Corruption : Advise on matters related to bribery and corruption. Cartels, Competition, and Price Fixing : Work on cases involving cartels, competition law breaches, and price fixing. Financial Regulatory and Criminal Investigations : Support financial regulatory and criminal investigations. Money Laundering and Cybercrime : Address issues related to money laundering and cybercrime. Police Station Representation :Represent clients at police stations, providing critical support and advice during interviews and investigations. Experience Required: Business and Financial Crime: Must have completed at least one seat focused on business and financial crime and ideally have worked in practice as a business crime or general crime Associate.
