Solicitor - Immigration

Service Care Solutions are working with a reputable law firm across Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice in the areas of immigration and human rights, with a focus on commercial and business immigration.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcasing your ability to manage and expand an existing client portfolio.
\n
• Navigate complex immigration cases, ensuring compliance with the latest legislation and guidelines.
\n
• Prepare and review legal documentation, submissions, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
\n

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE in immigration and human rights law.
\n
• Proven experience in commercial and business immigration, coupled with a demonstrable client following.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
\n
