As part of their team, you will work alongside highly skilled lawyers who actively campaign for legal reforms to support workers, accident victims, and their families. This law firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join their Union Accident Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Solicitor who is committed to helping others and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a diverse caseload, including EL/PL/OL/CICA claims including a mix of pre-litigated and litigated files.
• Working on ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court cases.
• Engaging with clients, taking statements and conducting liability investigations.
• Consulting with Counsel, liaising with our in-house Advocacy Unit and appearing at Court/Tribunals.
• Instructing and liaising with medical experts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven expertise in Employer Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability cases.
• The ability to commute to one of their Scottish offices (6 office situated over Scotland).
