Job Description A well established partner firm of solicitors in Central London is seeking a Solicitor to join the Property Litigation Team. The Role - Property Litigation Solicitor The successful Property LitigationSolicitor will be joining a key practice group within the wider Disputes Resolution Team. The Property Litigation Solicitor will be handling all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters along with a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice. The Property Litigation Solicitor will liaise with the courts in relation to hearings and with Counsel and Counsel s clerk and when required, instructing Counsel and attending Court to support Counsel where appropriate. The Employment Solicitor Property Litigation Must be with core competency in Property Litigation Strong academic background (2:1 degree) A confident, personable nature Strong drafting skills Proactive and reactive in addressing clients affairs and requirements. Strong communications skills and an ability to work as part of a team Keep abreast with changes in legislation and market developments In Return?
