Solicitor

Niyaa people are working with a housing provider in the east midlands that are looking for a Solicitor on a 9 month contract. Our client are looking for an experienced Solicitor to work within their legal services teams.
They are looking for a Solicitor to work on either:

• Contracts/ procurement
• Land Transactions

The ideal Solicitor will be able to:

• To provide legal advice on transactions in relation to Landlord and Tenant/ Property matters.
• On time completion of legal documentation is necessary to ensure income streams are onboarded in a timely manner.
• To support and advise members on commercial Economic Regeneration matters
• Securing capital income by processing the sale of land and premises of the organisation
• To support the Property, Procurement and Contracts teams in providing a comprehensive legal service to the Organisation.

This will be available either part time or full time and will be hybrid, based from their offices 3 times a week. My client are looking to pay �45 per hour.
