I am working with a fantastic organisation who are in a period of growth. They are looking to hire a Solution Architect with a broad data architecture background who can play a key role in how the organisation manages it's data and reporting solutions, the role will also give you an opportunity to lead on the use of AI within data and champion what AI can achieve within the data team.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Architecture, this role will be responsible for the specific solution design for organisation's data and reporting platform in line with their digital transformation agenda, ensuring that the solution is aligned to organisational strategy and objectives. They will also ensure that the technical design and development roadmap is aligned to and informs the organisation's broader Enterprise Architecture. The role will also give you the opportunity to lead on the use of AI within the organisation's data team, championing what AI can do for the data team.
Maintain a blueprint of the implementation of components of the digital strategy including technology choices, design patterns, processes, information architecture to ensure that the component systems work together as a whole.
Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to business and analytics teams, employing extensive technical knowledge, to ensure that available solutions are understood and selected appropriately given time, cost and quality expectations.
Responsible for ensuing solution architecture documentation is produced as per enterprise architecture standards and kept up to date at an appropriate level of detail.
Required Skills/Experience
Proven experience in a Solution Architect role with at least 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated architecture role.
You must have experience of data architecture, including storage, insights and modelling
Experience of data reporting and insight technologies.
Any experience of using or a passion for AI solutions in data would be highly beneficial
Experience of working with non technical users to understand requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
