Solution Architect (IAM / RSA IGL)10 months contract (Extendable)Fully Remote from anywhere across UK & Europe (Must hold valid UK/EU citizenship)DescriptionExp on RSA IGL is mandatory for this roleMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Identity and Access Management Architect/RSA IGL Solution Architect to ensure effective management and implementation of IAM improvement, regulatory projects including migration projects and product roadmap advisoryKEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will be responsible for being Solution Architect/Senior Identity consultant for RSA IGL application to support IAM programme across Customers’s banking and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement.· Subject matter expert for the Identity and Access Management and RSA IGL· Knowledge of a wide range of directory services and other application access repositories· Platform/Solution Architect for RSA IGL· Facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall IAM platform solution· Champion of process improvements and advise strategic roadmap decisions· Provide recommended practices to meet specific business/regulatory requirements· Provide technical guidance and best practice to team members on the use of RSA IGL· Responsible for providing architectural and technical solution support and to work on modernizing the IAM solution· Support and advise the SaaS migration for the platform· Support Technical Delivery manager with formulation of product roadmap and strategyWORK EXPERIENCE· Solution Architect /Identity consultant for RSA IGL· Identity Access management (IAM) consultant· Track record of developing an effective network across a range of company stakeholdersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Functional / Technical Competencies:· Experience with all functional and technical and workings of RSA IGL· LDAP, PowerShell, Windows server, AD, Javascript, XML· Experience using SQL, Oracle, Linux , PLSQL· Experience using Web service protocols REST/SOAP· Experience working in IAM team and stakeholder management· Experience web development basics like HTML,CSS· Experience Java/JSP· Microsoft OfficeMust have skillsIdentity and Access ManagementRSA Identity Governance and LifecycleCommunicationNice to have skillsFinancial ServicesProcess Improvement
