Solutions Sales Manager - UK (Remote, EMEA Region)

Salary: �60,000 - �70,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance

A dynamic and growing international company is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our EMEA Business Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the UK market by securing new business and developing strong client relationships in the 3rd Party Logistics and Freight Forwarding sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to engage decision-makers at various levels.
• Present value-driven solutions tailored to client needs, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Successfully close sales and support onboarding for new customers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) for visibility and reporting.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of proven experience in business development within logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong expertise in order management sales and the solution sales cycle.
• Industry experience in retail & lifestyle sectors is a plus.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
