We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Java, API development, and Microservices

What You’ll Do:
Design innovative solutions architectures that meet security, scalability, performance, and availability requirements.
Lead the architectural vision for a new Java & API platform that will transform the company’s product offerings.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards, driving quality across the engineering and wider tech teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee architecture and design reviews throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects.
Support product innovation by refining architecture to enhance new product capabilities and features.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end application architectures for high-transaction, real-time systems.
Expertise in conceptual, application, integration, logical, and physical modelling.
Strong background in Java, API, and Microservices architectures.
Ability to translate both functional and non-functional requirements into efficient and scalable solutions.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, BDD, CI/CD automation, and DevOps practices.
Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Experience in the Payments Industry is a plus, but not essential.
