Solution Architect (Presales) Remote (Travel for client visit) Permanent As a Solution Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive data solutions that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in AI, cloud technologies, Databricks, data lakes, and data strategy will be pivotal in driving our data initiatives forward. Additionally, you will play a key role in pre-sales activities, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Architect and Design: Develop robust data architectures and strategies leveraging AI, cloud platforms, Databricks, and data lakes to support business goals.Data Strategy: Define and implement data strategies that align with business objectives and ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.Cloud Integration: Lead the integration of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with on-premises data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.Databricks Expertise: Utilize Databricks for data engineering, machine learning, and real-time analytics to drive insights and business value.Data Lake Management: Design and manage scalable data lakes to support large-scale data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.AI and Machine Learning: Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into data architectures to enhance predictive analytics and decision-making.Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, develop proposals, and present tailored data solutions to prospective clients.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal data solutions.Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices in data architecture, governance, security, and compliance.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on AI, cloud technologies, and Databricks.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, data lake management, and AI/machine learning technologies.Data Strategy: Proven experience in defining and implementing data strategies and architectures that support business objectives.Pre-Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in pre-sales roles, with the ability to understand client needs and develop compelling data solutions.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, Databricks, and data architecture are a plus.
