Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + approximately £8,000 annual tronc share
Experience: 2 AA Rosette experience required

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Oxfordshire dining establishment, renowned for its seasonal, locally sourced menus and exceptional culinary standards, holding 2 AA Rosettes.
About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will create innovative, seasonal dishes while overseeing kitchen operations, mentoring junior chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on menu development, bringing creativity and respect for the restaurant's culinary ethos.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes during service.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
Uphold food hygiene and safety standards.
Manage stock and control costs effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a professional kitchen with at least 2 AA Rosettes.
A passion for working with seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A calm and professional demeanour, even under pressure.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Additional earnings of approximately £8,000 per year through a share of tronc.
