The company behind The Muddler in Newcastle are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced, determined and high performing individuals to fulfil Sous Chef & Line Chefs of all levels roles to join the company as we expand. The ideal candidates would have a passion for great food. They would be highly organised, thrive under pressure and be great at cooking and presenting high quality Pan Asian food.
The Danieli Group who own and operate a number of leisure venues in the North East, have large expansion plans on the horizon. Our brands include YOLO Townhouse, YOLO Ponteland, The Muddler .
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering the best pan Asian food in the North East.
Main Roles include
To maintain our high standards at all times across the kitchen
Deliver exceptional food and follow company specs
Work with the Head Chef to maintain great food quality
Ensure kitchen cleanliness is of a high standard
Understand and comply with all current Health and Safety legislation and Food Hygiene legislation.
Operate a clean as you go policy
Communicate with other kitchen team members, front of house team and management
Must Have
Chef experience +2 year
Food Safety experience- good knowledge of food Hygiene practices
Sushi Chef must be able to demonstrate skills and competencies in the art of sushi making
Capable of preparing their designated section prior to each shift
Passionate about the food
