The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and managing a team of 8 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 1000 students per day across retail & hospitality, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume with a strong knowledge of world food and all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
