We are searching for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team in a unique farm-to-fork dining experience that celebrates wholesome, seasonal produce. Our establishment combines a restaurant, deli, shop, and lecture room, offering guests a relaxed and memorable experience deeply rooted in the traditional cooking of France and Italy.
What We Offer:
Salary : Up to £35,000 plus tronc
Operating Hours : Wednesday to Sunday, with only two evening services (Friday and Saturday).
Farm-to-Fork : Work with fresh produce from our extensive kitchen gardens.
On-Site Bakery : Collaborate with our full-time baker.
Living Accommodations : Potential shared live-in opportunity in a 2-bedroom house with en suite rooms.
