Nestled within 35 acres of breathtaking gardens, meadows, and ancient woodlands, this award-winning venue offers an idyllic retreat for families, friends, and food lovers alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:




  • Creating exceptional, modern British dishes with a strong seasonal focus

  • Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence

  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and kitchen hygiene

  • Use produce from the on-site kitchen garden to elevate your dishes

  • Engaging with guests, including cooking for exclusive outdoor woodland feasts

  • Introducing new culinary trends and delivering outstanding food that’s also cost-effective

  • Mentoring junior chefs and fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
