What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating exceptional, modern British dishes with a strong seasonal focus
- Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and kitchen hygiene
- Use produce from the on-site kitchen garden to elevate your dishes
- Engaging with guests, including cooking for exclusive outdoor woodland feasts
- Introducing new culinary trends and delivering outstanding food that’s also cost-effective
- Mentoring junior chefs and fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
