Head Chef - Up to £50k salary
48 hours over 5 days
Sous Chef
Up to £40k salary - 48 hours over 5 days
Pastry Chef - £30k - £35k depending on experience. 48 hours over 5 days
Chef de Partie - £29k salary
48 hours over 5 days
Experience in hotels & AA rosette preferred.
