We are excited to announce the immediate opening of our very first venue in London, a casual dining restaurant blending Italian culinary art with a touch of Arabic flavors. Located in Fulham, this restaurant marks the beginning of our expansion plans in London, presenting a significant growth and advancement opportunity for our team members.

About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to play a key role in our kitchen operations. This individual will work closely with the Executive Chef and the ownership team to ensure a successful launch and maintain high standards of service and cuisine.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in kitchen management, capable of running a service and overseeing a team of 10.
Expertise in Italian cuisine is crucial; knowledge of Arabic flavors is a valuable asset.
Ability to manage stock, understand GPs, and lead staff training initiatives.
Must be an all-rounder with a passion for cooking and maintaining high quality standards.
Willingness to take full responsibility for the kitchen during the Executive Chef's absence and lead by example, including hands-on tasks.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to set up kitchen operations for the restaurant launch.
Manage daily kitchen activities, including oversight of the culinary team, ensuring excellence in every dish.
Develop and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Engage in stock management to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
