This well-known high-quality Hotel with a multi rosette Restaurant in Yorkshire is looking to recruit a strong Sous chef to join this successful brigade of 5. This offers the candidate a great opportunity to work in an award-winning restaurant under a highly acclaimed Head Chef.
This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Jnr Sous/Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This quality boutique Hotel/ multi rosette Restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. This hotel & restaurant is the holder of many local and national awards
This quality hotel offers an award-winning fine dine restaurant and also offer exclusive wedding venue use
The candidate must come from a quality fresh food background 2 rosette experience essential, but 3 rosettes preferred along with having the right attitude to learn and work as part of this award-winning team
Sous chef skills required:
Must be able to run the kitchen in chefs absence
Must be hands on Experience with working with all fresh food (2rosette awarded essential) at Jnr Sous/Sous chef level
2 Rosette standard essential
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
