Sous Chef - Staff canteen - Central London

We are looking for a experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a contract catering site in Central London
Salary is �40,000 per year
5 days out of 7
Sous Chef duties :

• Overseeing kitchen operations
• Leading and managing junior kitchen staff
• Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus
• Maintain kitchen efficiency
• Uphold food safety standards

Will work for staff canteen in a well known Shopping Center in Central London
Will lead within the Head Chef a full brigade of 1
