We are looking for a experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a contract catering site in Central London
Salary is �40,000 per year
5 days out of 7
Sous Chef duties :
- Overseeing kitchen operations
- Leading and managing junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create menus
- Maintain kitchen efficiency
- Uphold food safety standards
Will work for staff canteen in a well known Shopping Center in Central London
Will lead within the Head Chef a full brigade of 1
