What will I be doing?
Assisting the Head Chef

in implementing menus that align with our brand standards and guest
preferences
Overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are organised and prepared
for service.
Supervising and training
junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensuring food safety
standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and
cooking techniques.
Monitoring inventory
levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
Supporting the Head Chef
in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to
guest feedback
What are we looking for?
A Sous Chef who understands the importance of working in a branded environment.
Proven experience in a
similar role within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Strong leadership skills
and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
In-depth knowledge of
culinary techniques and best practices
Excellent time
management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of
food safety regulations and best practices
Exceptional attention to
detail and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality dishes
What skills do I need?
Understands the important of working with a branded menu.
Experience of managing orders, food stocks and forecast against occupancy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Good financial knowledge with the ability to manage costs in line with the department’s budget.
