Sous Chef role:

This Sous Chef role is the ideal opportunity to join a talented brigade within this unique hotel group, focussing on the best quality using locally sourced or home grown ingredients.

Utilising fresh produce from their very own kitchen garden, locally reared meats and sourcing the freshest fish, the ideal candidate must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience.

Sponsorship is an option and candidate must be able to provide references from previous employment to be considered for this role. Due to the location, the ability to travel is essential for this role.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Previous proven experience in a la carte and fresh food restaurant offering


• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn


• A Sous Chef who is happy to teach others their�skills
