We are proud to employ brilliant people who are passionate about what they do.We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to help lead the team at our brand new site, Six by Nico Oxford - Set to open May 2024!The roleDue to our unique concept, we change menus every 6 weeks which will give you the opportunity for continual development of your skills and knowledge with different cooking styles.The role of Sous chef will see you work closely with the Head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. You will assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of high quality food, in a busy and fast paced kitchen environment.
