Sous Chef

sous chef required for a� pub in Deeside, They only do food all day 3 days a week, the other 3 days is only evening service with last orders at 830pm. This is a small chef team and a very hands on role cooking. Once each week you will cover for the head chef and the rest of the week you will be cooking on the grill. They open 6 days a week, you will have 1 fixed day and 1 other day off each week. They have a range of dishes on the menu currently and the head chef will help to focus the menu and help steer the operation. sous chef, �34k.
The role

As a sous chef you will support the head chef to run the kitchen, you will help to focus the menu and the direction of travel of the food with the head chef. This is a� very hands on role, cooking each day and cooking on the grill. You will cover the head chef 1 day each week.� this role will include all your standard duties of a sous chef
