Newstaff are currently recruiting for a reliable Sous Chef for our client in Liverpool.





  • 14th & 15th August 
  • (Apply online only)
  • £18 per hour
  • Liverpool, Bootle L20

Main duties:




  • participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
  • has desire to be trained to cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
  • ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to revelant outlets
  • ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
  • ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
  • ensure that all equipment/ untensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
  • to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner

Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:


  • Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures
  • Food Hygiene Regulations
  • Health and Safety Procedures
  • Current Licensing Regulations
  • Methodf of payment
  • Maintains a safe and hygienic work enviroment
