My client in Buckinghamshire is a vibrant and contemporary Tapas located on the river of this picturesque area of Bourne end. Renowned for its chic decor and relaxed atmosphere, my client offers an eclectic menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine.

Job Details:

Position: Sous Chef

Salary: �35,000 - �40,000

Shift pattern: 5/7 - all straights

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Aid in preparing and presenting high-quality, flavorful dishes.
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and management.
• Participate in menu planning and development.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
