What does the role entail?

As the Sous Chef, you will be pivotal in leading the kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Head Chef and management team, you will oversee kitchen operations and staff training. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining the Michelin-starred reputation, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for upholding the quality of food and managing ordering and invoicing. Additionally, you will help foster a positive work environment, ensuring the team remains motivated and focused. What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Sous Chef position will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
