Sous chef is required for a Hotel in Norwich with a Restaurant and Banqueting. They have a number of menus and they hold weddings and other events. This Hotel is easy to get to on public transport and parking is available locally. The Sous chef is paying £34-36k depending on experience + tips etc. This is a great opportunity to join an established team.   
The role

As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. They have the restaurant side and also the banqueting side. On busy banqueting events one of the senior chefs will look after banqueting and the other after the restaurant. You will ensure the kitchen is ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties. 
Experience

We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and some experience within Hotels.
