What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in producing high-quality food in line with company food brief.
Assuming full responsibility for kitchen operations during the absence of the Head Chef, managing duties such as rota management, food safety protocols, and cleaning schedules.
Ensuring the food service meets and enhances customer expectations, embodying our company values: Set the Bar High, From the Heart, Raise the Spirits, and Make us the Talk of the Town.
Assisting in maintaining gross profit margins through menu planning, stock control, portion management, and menu pricing.
