THE LIFE OF A SOUS CHEF AT THE CROWN HOTEL, HARROGATE
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head Chef , you will be part of a team that delivers great food to our guests. Your role will involve supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operation. You will be involved in all aspects of kitchen management including food safety compliance, menu writing, team development and managing the kitchen on a day today basis
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To succeed in the role of Sous Chef you will ideally be an experienced Sous Chef but you may be a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking for that next step up the Kitchen carer ladder.You must have excellent communication skills, be passionate about foodand enjoy training and developing others.
