The Client Our client are a proud champion of farm-to-fork cooking and local produce. Under current new management this is a stunning country inn with guest bedrooms, undertaking a refurbishment during March 2024. The daily changing menu is based on what comes off the farm and inspired by great British classics. The bar serving award-winning local ales, and with a carefully curated wine list
Requirements
The successful candidates should additionally have the following: In-depth understanding of volume, quality restaurant kitchen operations Extensive knowledge of food and menu development; ability to continually advance the food offering. Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits - Strong Competitive Salary -4 day Week / 48 hr contract - Free Parking
