We are recruiting a Hotel Sous Chef. We are offering a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef an incredible opportunity to work in our four star Gatwick Airport venue and to lead from the front, whilst upholding impeccable standards.Reporting to the F&B Head Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for executing all food contracts and ensuring a high level of quality product and service to our guests.

To maintain our high standards at all times
Ensuring kitchen areas meet all required health and safety requirements
Ensure that all guests have a truly memorable and unforgettable food experience
Manage the kitchen team to execute all aspects of looking after our guests
