Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
Crafting a variety of picture-perfect seasonal dishes that celebrate the seasons
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
Going above and beyond to perfect culinary and kitchen management skills
Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
Letting your creative juices flow as you explore fresh, locally sourced ingredients
