Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
Going above and beyond to perfect culinary and kitchen management skills
Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
Letting your creative juices flow as you explore fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Working alongside a talented team of seven chefs, this exciting opportunity allows you to use the finest locally sourced produce, creating flavours that truly burst with freshness.
