The Sprowston Manor Hotel is a 126-room hotel in an idyllic countryside location offering our guests luxury accommodation with a golf course, fitness centre, swimming pool, and conference and events facilities.

As our Sous Chef you will:
Have experience in large Hotel Kitchens
Be directly involved in the preparation, presentation, producing meals to the highest standards
Assist in planning menus for our restaurant and event facilities
Encourage and help to develop the team
Maintain the health and hygiene of the kitchen
Manage Food deliveries and stock control
Have a creative flair
