Sous Chef

 Sous chef is required for a food-focused kitchen in the Tunbridge wells area, this establishment has a changing menu and do special menus as well, you will be involved in the menus and is a fantastic time to join. They have some exciting plans for the kitchen that you can be part of. The sous chef is upto £40k. It is a mixture of shifts and a couple of days your shifts will be more daytime-focused, 
The role

We are looking for a sous chef to work in this small kitchen, you will support the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. you will be hands on in prep and cooking on a section. you will create the menus with the head chef that changes on a frequent basis. This role will include all the standard sous chef duties. 
Experience

we are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and able to work with a range of  well presented dishes. you will have good knife skills.
